Do I qualify for UP Points?

You will automatically qualify for UP Points when you sign up as a UP Member and activate your member account.

What are UP Points?

UP Points are issued from United Points for every purchase made at UP Marketplaces. They can be used to redeem items, offset and/or top up purchase prices.

How to earn UP Points?

Sign up as a UP Member and activate your account. Log in to members.united-points.com and start shopping to earn 0.8 points per S$1 spend.

When will UP Points be credited?

UP Points are issued instantly upon each successful payment transaction.

How do I check and redeem my UP Points balance?

You may log in to your UP Member account at members.united-points.com to check on your Rewards Wallet details. Refer to rewards.united-points.com/redeem for our UP Rewards Catalogue for redemption.

What are my UP Points worth?

100 UP Points are worth S$1.

Will my UP Points expire?

UP Points expire one year from your last purchase transaction. So what this means is that as long as you continue to support UP, your points will continue to roll.

What is the validity of the voucher?

All UP Redemptions must be collected and fulfilled within 1 month from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated on the Vouchers. No extension will be granted.

Can I cancel or replace the vouchers?

Any cancellation or replacement of UP Rewards Vouchers will not be accepted once you have confirmed the redemption. Redemption is strictly non-exchangeable and non-upgradeable, unless otherwise indicated.
